The Hotel built on 40 acres of lush greenery, was constructed to resemble a self-contained Portuguese hill hamlet (the Hotel's unique architectural grandeur, earned an international R.I.B.A. award). The bright murals and the statues of Vasco da Gama in his three facets as an Adventurer, Statesman and Philosopher, along with the fountains further enrich the character & the ambience.

Chances Café : From breakfast on the patio to a late night bite, Chances Café is the place to come for informal dining. The menu features old Goan favouites as well as new dishes specially designed by the chef.

Poolside : During the day cool off from the sun at the poolside bar and allow the skilled barmen to create a wide range of cocktails and beverages. Bar snacks are also available. At night, the poolside is transformed as intimate candle lit tables set the mood for the evening with live entertainment and mouth watering grills and barbeques.

The Pan Asian: Take a gastronomic tour of the Orient here at the Pan Asian. The menu includes dishes inspired from travels in China, thailand, Indonesia and Japan. Open for Dinner.

Vainguinim Valley Hotel is the ideal place for business meetings, conferences and events with the perfect blend of business and leisure facilities. With our customizable floor plans and high tech facilities, our experienced staff will make your event a memorable success.

The Ballroom is the largest of our venues allowing for 70 guests in a classic “U” shape seating and 110 guests in theatre style seating. Often used for social occasions, it can be transformed to suit your needs.

The Chancery lends itself to the more intimate gathering or smaller business meeting. It allows for 45 pax in classic “U” shape seating and 60 pax in Theatre style seating. It opens onto the Rooftop Terrace.

Leading off from the Chancery, the Rooftop Terrace has the capacity for 350 guests in an open air environment.

Casual by day, this area is completely changed at night. Candle lit tables make for the perfect setting for social gatherings whilst the chefs will delight your guests with fresh offerings from the barbeque, grill and buffet. Capacity 500 guests.

Our stunning manicured gardens are a wonderful backdrop for your more intimate events. Popular with weddings, the gardens have a capacity for 250 guests. Combine with the poolside for larger events.
